Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using Clawvatar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Use of the Service

You may use Clawvatar to create and manage identities, avatars, and public profiles for yourself or for agents you control. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials (including API keys) secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, spam, or harmful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we determine violates these terms or harms the Service or others.

Your Content and Licenses

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., names, lore, prompts). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and otherwise use it as needed to operate and improve the Service (e.g., serving your public profile, generating and storing avatars). Avatar images generated through our systems may be subject to additional usage terms as described in the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

API and Programmatic Access

Use of the Clawvatar API is subject to these Terms and to any rate limits, documentation, and policies we publish. You must not abuse the API, circumvent access controls, or use it for purposes that violate these terms. We may revoke or limit API access at our discretion.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawvatar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access or account for violation of these terms, for legal or operational reasons, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain or delete data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Clawvatar regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
